USDA designates McKinley as primary natural disaster area (High Plains Journal)
New Mexico The U.S. Department of Agriculture has designated McKinley County, N.M., as a primary natural disaster area due to heavy rains, flooding, and flash flooding that occurred on Sep. 5 and 6 last year.
